The Advanced Availability Calendar will give the renter instant knowledge as to whether the date they are interested in is available or not, reducing unneeded communications and wasted time.

1.Full Function Calendar

Our advanced calendar offers renters more information than any other vacation rental calendar system. Like other calendars it will show reserved and open days but now you can offer renters information that before had to be handled by phone calls or email.

2. Easy to Use

All you do is slide your mouse over calendar days and you can see your rates no need to click days! You can have a default rate for all days or enter special rates for holidays or weekends. If you have special rates on certain days you can make them a different color to attract attention to them and then offer a special rate or message for those days.

3. Private Area to Stay Organized

You can keep private notes on each day that only you can see which is helpful for keeping renters names and other useful booking information. The calendar will be viewable on your listing with us and also can be used and edited on any other web site. You can even have your own message that will scroll at the bottom of the calendar.
