Property Listing Requirements.

1. Listings without photos WILL BE DELETED.

2. Do not use UPPER CASE TYPE text.

3. We do not list Timeshares unless you own at least 10 weeks per year. All listings must have at least 10 weeks available to rent each year.

4. All listing must be about your rental property NOT YOUR Rental Company.

5. Please fill in all the information boxes, this helps rent your property.

6. Do not duplicate an existing listing or your membership WILL BE DELETED.

7. If you are posting a listing that is misleading or is a setup to scam money from renters we will remove your listing and notify the proper legal authorities of your actions.

8.It is the property owners responsibility to comply with local rental laws and taxes.
