<p><br /> 1. All Renters and Property Owners/Rental Agents assume responsibility for rental agreements signed or agreed upon between the renter and the property owner or rental agent. Qualification of all renters is the sole responsibility of the property owner or rental agent.<br /> <br /> 2. Vacation Rentals 411 LLC assumes no responsibility for rental agreements between said parties and does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in any of the web pages published here.<br /> <br /> 3. The Property Owner or Rental Agent providing content to Vacation Rentals 411 hereby warrants that they are the owner of all such content or have sufficient rights to publish the supplied content. This ownership includes the rights to all photography, text descriptions, trademarks or other material provided. In the case of any dispute over rights to this on-line material, the Property Owner or Rental Agent shall be solely responsible for all liability and costs associated with settling any said dispute.<br /> <br /> 4. If Vacation Rentals 411 LLC is unable to provide service to the property owner or rental agent for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither Vacation Rentals 411 LLC nor its owners can be held liable for any costs.<br /> <br /> 5. Vacation Rentals 411 LLC reserves the right to remove a property listing for any reason.<br /> <br /> 6. Property Owner or Rental Agent agrees to keep all information up to date and correct and to respond to rental inquires in a timely manner. You MUST login to your members area at least once a year to keep your listing or listings active.<br /> <br /> 7. Vacation Rentals 411. Com is a free service and there is no charges to post a vacation rental property or properties with us. We offer listing enhancements and the ability to move your listing to the top positions, feature your properties on our state page and on our city and area search engine pages. For more information on these services please visit our welcome page.<br /> <br /> 8. You may not link your listing to another vacation rental site if you need a website please visit your members page and use the free website we provide. LINKING TO YOUR OWN WEBSITE IS PERMITTED if you link to another vacation site like Vacation Rentals 411 your link will be removed.<br /> <br /> 9. You must have a working email address at all times if you change your email address you must notify us within 10 working days after changing your address. Failure to do so may result in membership termination. <br /> <br /> 10. We will NOT issue a refund on partial funds not used after 30 days. <br /> <br /> 11. By using or continuing to use the services of Vacation Rentals 411 (provided by Vacation Rentals 411 LLC), you agree to these terms and conditions.</p>
